Yasaman has over 25 years of Accounting and Tax experience. She specializes in Preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Preparation

EDUCATION:

Received BA in Economics-Business from University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1990.
Admitted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California in May 1994.
Attends courses in various aspects of accounting and income taxation through support services given by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, CalCPA Education Foundation, as well as other tax and accounting seminars.

EXPERIENCE:

Yasaman began her accounting career in 1990 with Deloitte and Touche in Century City, California and developed various Financial Statements Audits. Later on, she was employed by Cohen, Bender, & Wall in Santa Monica, California from 1992 to 1994, where she was involved in various Financial Statements Reviews and compilations, as well as Income Tax Preparation.

She then started her own practice in 1994 until she merged with FJR in March 2023.
